The platform streamlines coordination among contractors, engineers, department heads, and regional managers by offering comprehensive tools for real-time monitoring, instant reporting, and GIS-based mapping of project sites.It supports access control levels to ensure secure and role-based access, and integrates with Microsoft projects for seamless data flow. The system also facilitates export and import notifications, helping stakeholders stay informed on logistics. Additionally, the platform includes robust material management and inventory tracking features, enabling efficient resource allocation and minimizing delays. This all-in-one solution ensures greater transparency, faster decision-making, and optimized project execution across all departments.
The Challenge
KSITIL required a unified platform to manage multiple large-scale IT infrastructure projects—such as SEZs, IT townships, and IT parks—while ensuring seamless coordination among contractors, engineers, department heads, and regional managers. A key need was to affix accountability and streamline daily milestone reporting between contractors, engineers, staff, and higher officials for respective project modules. They also needed capabilities for real-time monitoring, instant reporting, GIS mapping, access control, and integration with Microsoft Projects, alongside features like material and inventory management and import/export notifications.
Our Solution
We developed a centralized project management system with both web and mobile applications. The platform supports real-time progress tracking, automated approval workflows, and instant field updates. It features GIS-enabled mapping to visually display real-time project updates, making it easier for users to understand the current status of each project at a glance. Updates for each project, including task milestones, are seamlessly integrated into the system for enhanced clarity and accessibility. The solution also includes role-based access control, Microsoft Project integration, and comprehensive modules for material management, inventory tracking, and export/import notifications. The mobile app empowers field staff and regional teams to update statuses, access documents, and receive alerts instantly—ensuring continuous connectivity and efficient data flow across all levels.
